Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Sujaa may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Sujaa currently provides a 7-day return window on eligible products, subject to the conditions specified in that policy.

For damaged, defective, wrong-item, missing-item or tampering claims, a clear continuous opening/unboxing video may be required for verification.
